We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grant Writer to help secure funding for our organization’s programs, projects, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in grant writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Grant Research:

    Identify and research potential funding opportunities from diverse sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
    Maintain a calendar of grant opportunities, submission deadlines, and reporting requirements.

2. Proposal Writing:

    Draft, edit, and submit clear and persuasive grant proposals tailored to funders’ guidelines and priorities.
    Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for proposals.

3. Grant Management:

    Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, including reporting and communication with funders.
    Document and track grant outcomes, including successes, challenges, and financial expenditures.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:

    Proven experience in grant writing with a successful funding track record.
    Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    Strong research skills to identify grant opportunities and align with funder priorities.
    Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with grant management software.
    Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, fundraising strategies, and budgeting principles.
    Experience with federal grant applications or large-scale funding proposals.
    Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our organization.
