Main Responsibilities:

    Create Compelling Weekly Newsletters: Write engaging newsletters in multiple languages that captivate our audience.
    Optimize Automated Email Sequences: Improve existing flows like welcome series, cart abandonment, and post-purchase follow-ups to boost conversions.
    Design New Sequences: Develop fresh email sequences tailored for different customer segments to enhance engagement.
    Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaigns' effectiveness and recommend improvements based on key metrics like open rates and conversions.
    Collaboration & Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all email content aligns with our broader strategy.
    Brand Voice Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone and messaging style across all email communications.
    Creative Testing: Experiment with different formats, visuals, and messages to optimize email performance.

Required Skills:

    1+ Years of Experience: At least one year of experience in marketing copy writing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
    Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in at least one automated email marketing platform (e.g., Mail chimp, K laviyo, etc.).
    Excellent Writing & Editing Skills: Strong attention to detail and a knack for writing persuasive and clear email copy.
    Understanding of Email Marketing Best Practices: Solid knowledge of principles like email deliver ability, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
    Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
    Creative Mindset: Ability to craft original ideas and continuously bring fresh approaches to our email marketing.
