Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to oversee our financial systems and operations. This role will involve establishing and monitoring financial systems, leading the accounting team, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

    Establish and Monitor Financial Systems:
        Create, monitor, and evaluate financial systems.
        Collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information to assess performance.

    Meet Financial Objectives:
        Recommend forecasting requirements and draft annual budgets.
        Analyze general ledger variances and suggest corrective actions to management.

    Achieve Operational Objectives:
        Develop action plans and audit operations.
        Propose efficiency improvements to enhance financial processes.

    Monitor Revenue and Expenses:
        Track revenue and expenses to ensure financial wellbeing.
        Prepare special reports and maintain internal controls.

    Lead Accounting Staff:
        Recruit, hire, and supervise accounting staff.
        Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training programs.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in accounting or finance management.
    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
